Where a story has been set refers to a country/city/town/village etc. When refers to a historical period in time. Both of these put together give us clues as to the events in the story, how it is going to be influenced by events in history and what might happen in it.
ReplyDeleteHi Wei Yang nice blog you have here! Really clean interface so access is easy. For some reason however, the links to your blog posts are hard to read. That minor formatting error aside, you have a great blog. However you seem to be missing some answers to the questions..?
ReplyDeleteI feel that your post on setting is a bit too less elaborated. What I mean is that on the last part when you are inferring on what the story would turn out to be, you should link it back to the time period and the setting so that it would look more "real and supported". Thanks!
